Holistic Risk Management
Recognizing risks at an early stage, but also being aware of opportunities and seizing them, is part of everyday entrepreneurial life today. Management system standards also require risk-based thinking and actions for dealing with risks and opportunities. Babtec's risk management software will support you in taking a holistic view of risks and opportunities. The new module in Babtec 8 will therefore also make an effective contribution to your management system.
A New Perspective for Greater Transparency
Babtec 8 offers you a new perspective for your management system. Similar to the process map, the new IMS viewer provides a simplified view of the management system. However, unlike the process map, the IMS viewer highlights the existing real relationships between the processes, thus ensuring greater transparency with regard to information flows, dependencies and interactions.
CAD Models Now also in 3D
With Babtec 8, we are enabling the use of three-dimensional CAD models in our software for the first time: you can load 3D models, including product specifications, directly into the Babtec software, move them around on the screen and intuitively recognize all relevant information – of course with the usual integration of comprehensive QM software. This saves you the detour of having to use derived two-dimensional drawings for your quality assurance processes.
For customers with licensed CAD integration, the 3D CAD functions are available as a chargeable upgrade.

DiscoverAI: QM Solutions With AI
Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the hot topics of our time. In quality management, too, many people are asking themselves how they can use AI profitably. With Babtec 8, we are offering the first AI functionalities for use in our software. To evaluate and further develop these applications in day-to-day practice, we are starting a beta phase with selected customers. The aim is to make the best possible use of artificial intelligence for quality management.
