Training & E-Learning | BabtecQ

The successful use of BabtecQ depends on the users' confidence in using the software. We are therefore happy to provide you with the necessary knowledge on all the features you have selected – either in in-house training courses at your premises or very flexibly using our interactive e-learning.

In the in-house training courses, we address specific use cases in your daily practice on an individual basis. As an alternative, interactive e-learning in the learning app is independent of time, location and trainer: each employee determines their own learning time and pace. The software environment can be experienced during e-learning through targeted exercises and deepens the knowledge imparted directly in practical application. There are individually defined learning paths for each user role, ensuring that each user internalizes exactly the functions that are relevant to him or her.

Software Updates | BabtecQ and BabtecQube

BabtecQ: When implementing new features and functions, standard requirements are taken into account and customization requests from customers are evaluated and implemented. Our project managers install the regular software updates directly on site if required. All new features are listed and described in detail in comprehensive product information, so that you as a user are always informed about the latest highlights in BabtecQ. If you are activated for the practical ticket system in BabtecQube, you can also view the release notes directly in the release notes.

BabtecQube: The cloud-based BabtecQube platform is updated automatically. You will be informed of changes immediately after logging in. As a registered user, you can also view all release notes in the release notes at any time.

Support | BabtecQ and BabtecQube

Do you need support? Whether by phone, email or via BabtecQube: Our customer advisors are on hand to answer your application-related questions and will also be happy to help you find the right contact at our company for any other concerns.

With the ticket system in BabtecQube, you can submit a request at any time and check around the clock what stage of processing it is currently at. The control is entirely up to you: after we have processed your request, you decide whether it has been resolved and mark the ticket as closed. Please contact us if you would like to use the ticket system for your inquiries. We will enable you to use it and support you with your first steps if required.
