Everyone is currently talking about artificial intelligence. Perhaps you have already thought about how artificial intelligence (AI) can help to improve the quality of products and company processes. We are also working intensively on the question of what role artificial intelligence can play in the future – with a view to a modern understanding of quality, but also specifically in the further development of our software.

The Quorix chatbot

With the release of Babtec 8 in December 2024, we have created the technical prerequisites for AI applications in the software. What possibilities are conceivable, how effectively can they be used and how high is user acceptance? We would like to find out together with you.

In 2025, we will launch the time-limited beta phase "Babtec DiscoverAI", in which the first AI functions in the software will be made available to interested customers free of charge. In dialogue with customers, we want to test and further develop the applications that have already been implemented in everyday practice. "DiscoverAI" also aims to use feedback to identify the potential and benefits for further AI applications. The focus here is on the Quorix AI assistant, which provides support with software operation, among other things.

What AI Functions Are We Working on?

To give you an impression of the AI applications that await you, we would like to give you a first insight into our developments that will be available to you in the beta phase:

  • Our AI chatbot Quorix answers questions about the operation and functions of the Babtec software in a clearly structured way, saving you time-consuming research.
  • In order to simplify the creation of new complaints in the software, the AI can extract all relevant data from a text - e.g. from an e-mail - and thus significantly simplify the creation of complaints.
  • When processing complaints, specific suggestions for actions can be generated using the tried-and-tested 8D methodology, which can be transferred directly into the software at the touch of a button.
